Excellent, high-quality clay pipe. Real heavy pipe clay, not the chalky slip cast reproductions. This one is marked as made in West Germany. It also is marked with a T and a D. Of course, this one was made after WWII, but the style was popular from the late 18th through the early 20th century. It has been very lightly used, perhaps only once.
