Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy

We're committed to taking care of you! Our goal is to make sure you get what you need and want and are satisfied with what you get. Here's details on how we handle things around here!
FREE SHIPPING:
Unfortunately, due to high costs of international shipping, our free shipping offer for over $150 purchases is only valid for USA shipping. We apologize to our overseas customers.
SHIPPING SPEED:
This is a one-man operation, so packaging times can vary. We will always try to get your order out within 2 days of ordering, but sometimes work and kid's sporting events might delay that. In an effort to resist raising our shipping prices, we will be shipping every order via USPS Ground Advantage (Parcel Post). Generally this isn't much slower than Priority. In some cases, it may take 5 days for your order to arrive. If you need an order quicker than that, say you order on a Monday for an event on Friday, please contact us for priority shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are automatically generated, based on USPS, which is usually the cheapest option. In some cases, we may ship via a different shipper, but generally, USPS.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are easy. If what you ordered doesn't fit just right, we can swap out for another size if we have it in stock. (Remember, this is a family business and our warehouse is a garage, so quantities and sizes ARE limited) If you will be so kind as to ship the wrong item back (at your cost) we will ship you the replacement size at our cost. Fair? We think so. Please pay attention to the item description, as we try to describe our sizing on each item as accurately as possible. That said, a large in one shirt is not always the same as a large in another. Pullover shirts need a little more room than a button-up, etc.
INCOMPLETE OR WRONG ORDER:
IF we send you something different than what you order, we will ship it back to us and send you the right item, both ways at our cost. If we forget an item, let us know and we'll ship it out immediately. (Hey, sometimes we make mistakes, but we own them.)
RETURNS:
If the item you ordered isn't what you wanted and you'd like to return it for a refund, you'll need to send it back to us in the same, new condition that you received it, within 30 days of purchase, at your cost, and we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping, and a 5% restocking fee. We apologize for the strict return policy, but some folks have abused our rather generous previous policy. Also, we get charged a transaction fee from out payment processor for both receiving your payment, and for refunding it, hence the reasonable restocking fee. We lose that anyway. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM FOR REFUND! That way we know to be looking for it. Our business address is also our home.
