The primary purpose of this business, as well as our YouTube channel, is to further interest in the history of sporting and motoring in the early 20th Century and to encourage folks to get involved, have some fun, and learn about the old ways of doing things. Amalgamated Order of Motor Campers

This is an informal group of like minded enthusiasts of motoring and camping in the early 20th Century. Membership is based simply on "doing it". This group also plays host to the bi-annual National Motor Camp event. Check them out on Facebook at: Amalgamated Order of Motor Campers

National Motor Camp

This is a bi-annual national gathering for enthusiasts of historical automobile camping, nationwide. It is held in a different location every other year, on odd year dates. It is put on by local members of the host area. The first one was held in 2023 in Southern Indiana. The next one will be held at Lake Tahoe in California in 2025. There are rumors of a southeastern one in 2027. Check it out at: National Motor Camp

This is a page for the study and promotion of "Classic Camping" from the years 1890-1939 as a living history discipline. This group is dedicated to the identification, discussion, collection and promotion of antique camping equipment. We focus on all brand and types of equipment from lanterns, tables and chairs to trailers, boats and ice boxes. We focus on the time period of 1910-1930 but are not strict.
