Living History events centered around early 20th Century sporting and motor camping are starting to pop up everywhere! Here is a list of some events that our customers may be interested in. Please note that we are simply conveying information, and that you should reach out to the event organizer(s) for details and to register before attending. If you are an event organizer, please feel free to contact us through the form below to have your event listed here. Events MUST fall within the time-span of 1890-1940 and MUST be mainly civilian-centric, or have a civilian/sporting/motor-camping themed aspect. This is not for WWI events, unless they are specifically looking for a civilian tourist or sportsman related area. We accept no responsibility for these events or the information presented here. Events with a * are events that our pop-up store will be in attendance!
Model A Winter Swap Meet - Jan 10, 2026*
Great Model T and Model A swap meet! Good opportunity to find parts for your cars, plus Logsdon & Co. will be set up with vintage automobile goods. Be aware that this show is only from 8am to 12pm on Saturday! Paroquet Springs Conference Centre.

Nessmuk's Spring Festival - Apr 17-19, 2026
This years Nessmuk's Spring Festival will be held on multiple days, with Saturday and Sunday free and open to the public at Ski Sawmill in Morris and various Tuition based classes held around the Region on Friday!
This Year our Featured Educator is NYT Bestselling Author and Outdoorsman, Dave Canterbury!

Yosemite Campout - May 2-5
This event “bridges” the 4 days between the Bakersfield Swap Meet and the 2026 HCCA National Tour and Convention.
All these events are in the same Central Valley region. Campout is open to pre-1932 automobiles.

Maple Sugaring Camp - Feb 20-22, 2026*
1890-1930 historical sugaring camp where maple syrup is cooked down on a copper evaporator. This event features lots of great food, music, and a shooting match!

Old Car Festival - Sept 12-13, 2026*
This event has to be seen to believe! Over 700 automobiles from 1892 to 1932 cover an enormous late 19th century village. Like traveling back in time! Held at The Henry Ford in Greenfield Village.
