Reproduction "Hobo" Art Coins
$4.99Price
During the 1930s, hobos (traveling workmen) would often carve designs into coinage of the period. The coins at that time were still solid silver, copper, or nickel, so this was easily done, resulting in a fine look. They would then sell these trinkets for more than the coin's face value as "good luck pieces". We offer 5 different variations on this theme, so now you too can carry a good luck piece in your pocket! Ours include a small "copy" stamp, as per US numismatic law.
