Made nearly exactly like the original! Sectional brass cleaning rod comes with a water resistant cotton twill case that is flannel napped on the inside, just like the ones we copied! Case has an oil-tanned leather flap that buttons with the same style of button as the original. The only difference is that the original case had a lot of wasted space that wasn't necessary for extra cleaning jags, so we shortened it for packing convenience. Also, the original handle was painted black, but these were too pretty to paint. Of course, you can paint them yourself if you like. Rod is fitted with a swivel for rifling. (Note: This rod is not made for shotguns, though it may be usable with shorter barrel guns and with the use of an adapter.)
