Inspired by an original early 20th century vest, our version is made in the same type of lightweight, 100% wool knit fabric and carefully assembled exactly the same as the original vest. This is a knockout! Knit fabric means a comfortable stretch fit while maintaining authenticity. Thin wool knit gives more versatility in this garment over a bulky sweater vest, because it will breathe better, and not add as much thickness under your coat or jacket. This vest is appropriate from impressions from 1900-1930.
 
Please note: The measurements are based on the garment laying FLAT and UNSTRETCHED.
Order one size smaller than the measurement chart shows, because the stretch will make it fit larger than the measurements show. If you are planning to wear this over our heavy wool shirts, you will want to order your normal size to accomodate for the bulk of the wool shirt.
