Our reproduction of an original pair of boots similar to many sold by various hardware stores and mail-order catalogs between 1880 and 1930. These are well-made with good leather and solid, double stitching. THIS IS AN IMPROVED RUN OVER OUR FIRST OFFERING! Improvements include a bellows tongue, upgraded eyelets, historically correct laces, and reinforced stitching.
They are lightly dyed but can be easily over-dyed if you want a different color.  Black, and all shades of brown and cordovan are appropriate to the period. AT THE VERY LEAST, YOU NEED TO SEAL THEM WITH SHOE GREASE OR A WAX POLISH.

Sizing runs similar to Red Wing or Ariat. Order a half-size larger if you plan to wear thick socks in them. I have been using a pair from the first run for about 3 years, and I can say that they have held up well and are the most comfortable historical shoes I've ever worn.
